Do work that matters
Your role exists to lead the key product management initiatives across the Wrap product suite.
This role will also provide support to the Head of Wrap Product on key strategic issues impacting the superannuation industry and to assist in the management of rolling product strategies for products across the Product portfolio.

The Wrap team sits within the Colonial First State Product business unit and is responsible for managing and enhancing the Wrap product suite.
In any given week you will
Working closely with the Head of Wrap Product, this role is responsible for the end to end management of wrap on a day to day basis and strategically. The product management function is the key function accountable for P&L/ profitability management and product planning for the wrap portfolio. Key activities include:
Product Management
- Product management of CFS’s FirstWrap, White Labels and Private Labels.
- Overseeing the pricing and margin management.
- Ensure product compliance and governance including delivery of all disclosure materials.
- Develop comprehensive price modelling and analysis
- Provide insurance support for the team including PDS’s and Policy updates.
- Online and front end management of the digital assets.
Product Strategy
- Produce and implement product strategy and plans.
- Generate and evaluate new product initiatives and lead agreed changes.
- Analysis of the market and competitor products relative to our own.
- Product development responsibility as applicable.
- Go to market planning, engagement, and execution.
People Leadership
- Lead and continually develop the team, demonstrating strong coaching and mentoring skills.

We're interested in hearing from people who have
- Strong financial services experience and superannuation product experience.
- Excellent understanding of the superannuation industry and surrounding regulatory environment.
- Previous experience in end to end delivery of strategic or regulatory projects.
- Strong focus on managing risk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience and ability to engage and influence across multiple business and support areas.
- Proven capability in project management to implement initiatives and drive change programs.
