Your role exists to develop and execute the Distribution change management and learning strategy aligned to the direction of Colonial First State, by providing consistent resources and tools to drive sales revenue while ensuring a vibrant customer focused, high integrity culture.

You’ll be joining the Business Operations team. We support the dynamic and successful CFS Distribution team by providing insights, training and efficient work practices to assist them in being the chosen wealth partner of licensees and advisers. We are mandated to support the operational efficiency and expertise of the division within agreed risk parameters.

In any given week you will

• Manage the project pipeline and change management function for Distribution.
• Develop change plans which apply ADKAR principles to manage the introduction of change.
• Support and enable change leadership across the relevant stakeholder groups.
• Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on customers, the business and the Group.
• Design and develop collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, and intranet).
• Liaise with stakeholders including senior management, project managers, operational risk, and business analysts to identify, design and deliver effective tools and resources.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver communication activities to customers and internal teams.
• Manage and maintain learning materials ensuring appropriate signoff process is adhered to.
• Maintain a repository of all collateral produced.
• Represent Distribution as a Subject Matter Expert as part of projects and BAU activities.

We're interested in hearing from people who have

• An understanding of the financial services industry – i.e. platforms, investment markets and advice businesses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels of seniority.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with audiences of varying numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrable organisational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated use of ADKAR approach to change management.
• Relevant tertiary and RG 146 qualifications will be highly regarded.
• OCM training desirable.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment desirable.
