About your team:
Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic and operational planning and execution of all recruitment activity within CBA.
The Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) and Business & Private Banking (B&PB) Talent Acquisition Team operates domestically across Australia and provides strategic support to our International Offices in the UK, Europe, US, Asia, and New Zealand.
What does success look like?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you key focus is to manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners enabling them to deliver the right talent at the right time to support the Group’s vision. You will deliver value through:
- Leading a high performing team, with a strong and passionate focus on their development and growth
- Enhancing the Group's reputation, culture and brand
- Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy
- Identifying and implementing a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs, with a focus on social media and the passive market
- Role model and influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda, and collaborate closely across a large Talent Acquisition community to design and implement projects that further enhance the offering of our function.
