The Compliance Framework team is tasked with the creation and management of the Group’s Compliance Management Framework, including the Group’s financial services licensing obligations.
The purpose of the role is to support the Team with uplifting licensing standards across the Group. You will act as the relationship manager for business units and support units to uplift their understanding of licensing obligations and their adoption of new policies and procedures.
You will be a subject matter expert in licensing obligations and act as a key point of contact for inbound enquiries.

As a valued member of the team, you will act as a key relationship manager for business unit teams to drive implementation of the Compliance Management Framework.
The purpose of the role is to support the Compliance Framework Team with designing, embedding, implementing and improving the Group’s licencing framework, including:
- Acting as the relationship manager and key point of contact for Business Units (SU) and Support Units (SU) in relation to licensing obligations
- Collaborating with BU compliance teams to deliver implementation of compliance change, including updates to the License Management Framework, and other critical compliance and regulatory change initiatives
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of BU and SU strategies and priorities, to facilitate end-to-end accountability for compliance risk from framework setting to deployment across the Group
- Spending time embedded in Business Unit teams to understand their needs and providing support / solutions to achieve shared success
- Continuous oversight of the maturity of compliance risk practices across the Group
About you
You will have substantial knowledge of Australian Financial Services Licensing obligations combined with superior relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will be able to prioritise, schedule and meet challenging deadlines whilst working independently at times.
Your strong communication skills will help you to deliver messages to the business unit compliance teams effectively and professionally whilst building a trusted partnership at all times.
