Do work that matters:
This role will see you provide support to the Regional General Manager, VIC/TAS (RGM) of Commonwealth Private; including diary and email management, arranging travel, liaison between internal and external contacts and being the first point of contact for the RGM's office.

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with an ability to multitask and independently
- Thrive in high-pressure environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- An appreciation for confidential matters and discrete action
- Capability to build appropriate internal and external networks
