The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank – in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. As an Inbound Prequalification Consultant, you will be solutions focused, have the ability to diagnose a customer’s needs and offer an effective outcome that is beneficial to Commbank and the customer. You will build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating your ability to take accountability for their situation.
What will help you succeed?
You are highly motivated and naturally inquisitive, Technology and Web-savvy with excellent Interpersonal and business communication skills - verbal & written. You'll be the benchmark for your team, always acting with integrity and placing the customer at the heart of all of your decisions. You enjoy working within a fast paced, target driven environment, and possess strong team and collaboration skills.
- Permanent part time, with multiple rosters available:
- Roster 1: Monday – Wednesday 11am – 3pm.
- Roster 2: Monday – Wednesday 5pm – 9pm
- Roster 3: Wednesday – Friday 5pm-9pm
- Roster 4: Thursday – Saturday 8am – 12pm
- Roster 5: Friday – Sunday 5pm – 9pm.
Please note, we will attempt to be accommodating with roster preference, however, we do need candidates who are available to work across all the above mentioned hours.
