Project Kensington is the strategic program to enhance customer experience, increase controls and deliver community and regulator expectations for CFS products and services including FirstChoice and FirstWrap in response to the Banking Royal Commission.
Project Kensington has 11 streams in varying stage of maturity – from discovery to execution. The overall Kensington Program will grow to a team of approx. 75 FTE (+ IT resources).
You will provide support to the Senior Program Manager and the Project Managers across the streams.
You will be critical in keeping the team working efficiently and effectively. The project will coordinate and facilitate teams located in Sydney and Melbourne to deliver the agreed objectives of each stream.
The Kensington Team includes change and project managers and works closely with subject matter experts from the business and approx. 5 IT scrum teams.
Do work that matters:
This is a 12 month fixed term role as a Team Assistant in the Kensington team within CFS Product.
You will provide office administration and business support, including management of diaries, rooms, travel, property, OHS, events, communications, finances, action registers, asset registers and productivity tools (e.g. visual management boards).
This role has a particular focus on end to end recruitment support across the program.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Solid knowledge of the CBA Group, in particular Human Resources systems and processes (Sidekick, Fieldglass, Peoplesoft Financials and Ariba knowledge highly desirable)
- Confident level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in project teams/ high pressure coordination role with a “can do” attitude;
- Administrative experience preferably gained in an office environment
- Initiative, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Motivation and a desire to learn and succeed
