Do work that matters
The Senior Manager, Business Development will manage programs of work through to delivery that will result in better customer and shareholder outcomes across Small Business. Their primary responsibility is for the delivery of business programs that will result in favorable customer and shareholder outcomes in Small Business. Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage and own go-to-market programs and activities including Building and proactively managing the customer contact program for Small Business (Including CEE and Direct Marketing
  • Program management of major business/strategic priorities such as; Management of bespoke programs of work that may arise in response to a specific business needs as they arise (NPS decline, sales team feedback, business performance)
  • Working closely with the portfolio optimisation team to understand business performance trends, identify key insights and putting in place tangible actions to address

  • Have a passion for small business customers and enjoy getting things done
  • Have a proven track record of delivering business programs of work, with project management skills in a product/segment environment well regarded
  • Be able to engage and influence senior stakeholders across a wide variety of business units
  • Be analytically minded with the ability to take data trends and turn into practical and actionable business insights
  • Be a  team player with proven ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Experience in managing the planning and delivery of integrated Sales & Marketing programs,
