About your team:
Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. ES HR enables the ES People agendas through strategic partnering.
What does success look like?
The purpose of this role is to actively contribute to the delivery of our leadership solutions that ensure the growth of our leaders. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Strategy and Organisational Development, you will play a key role in management, implementation and delivery of the leadership strategy.
Principle accountabilities are to:
- Drive the strategic agenda of Leadership across Enterprise Service
- Collaborate well with others to ensure that the leadership solutions drive growth in individuals, addresses needs and provides a competitive advantage now and for the future
- Build credibility and trust with others, who are knowledgeable about leadership, effectively gives quality advice and follow through on commitments
- Have a proven track record of effective project management that ensures the, smooth and timely delivery of outcomes to our stakeholders
- Proactively coach and support HR Business Partners to embed effective leadership practices is ES
- Managing and delivering leadership solutions that not only meet those needs but also challenge us to go further
- Working with an Agile mindset and flexing to respond to the changing business contexts

- Designing, implementing and measuring effective leadership programs
- Working in technology based environments
- Excellent project management
- Advanced communication and influencing skills
- Ability to listen to our stakeholders, accurately diagnose the challenges and suggest effective fit for purpose solutions
