We are seeking the expertise of a Project Manager, Financial Crime Compliance to join our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Risk Management team.

Your team provide support to the Group’s domestic and international operations.  Protecting the banks integrity, reputation and community providing robust foundations and proactive support to enable the business to be confident in its accountability for managing Financial Crime Risk.  Equipping the business units globally with simple fit for purpose frameworks, tools and advice to ensure proactive and effective identification and management of financial crime.

You will support the delivery of initiatives across the broader team to strengthen our ability as a Group to detect and disrupt financial crime.  You will also play a key role in supporting the COO team with reporting, analytics, governance and change.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, FCC, this opportunity will allow you to demonstrate  your experience in FCC transformation projects in large financial institutions, with your proven capability in managing competing priorities and influencing outcomes, within a supportive and flexible environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project management and benefit realisation of FCC initiatives
  • Develop and actively manage standard operating procedures and support governance structures around the way FCC operates as a business with a view to driving consistency, streamlining approach and improving collaboration with business partners
  • Support change management activities
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting and analytics relating to the functioning of FCC
  • Help translate the strategic goals for FCC as defined by senior leadership teams into team specific business plans.
