The Team Manager Analysts position is a newly created and key role within the RAB business. The RAB teams are located in centers across Australia outside of the state capital cities and our business offering is key to supporting a diverse range of businesses across Australia. The vision of the RAB team is to excel at securing and enhancing the financial well-being of people, businesses and communities throughout Regional Australia.

Passion for leading and inspiring your team of high performing analysts to provide exceptional customer service to RAB customers and help us achieve our goal of No. 1 in NPS will be key to your success in this role.

You will utilise your real passion for coaching and mentoring our people and enhancing the RAB teams ability to support our clients in the role they play to improve regional economies. Your enthusiasm for diverse industries and your motivation to improve existing and build new relationships whilst maintaining key standards across credit and risk will allow you to thrive as a Team Manager within the RAB business. We want to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience driving a performance culture, preferably gained through a sales or business banking leadership role (highly regarded but not essential)
• Deep knowledge of financial services industry and strong commercial acumen
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience defining the risks associated with new lending and credit variations (credit decisioning)
• High levels of motivation, drive and resilience
• Strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders
• Ability to think creatively and problem solve
• Well-developed planning and prioritising skills
• Proficiency in the use of technology to provide customer solutions
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
